wish me luck...RE appointment in 2 hours! UPDATE IN OP

We already know IVF is the next step since that's what the RE said a little over a month ago during one of my monitoring appointments for my last IUI. I guess this appointment is just to confirm that, and to figure out when we start, how much $$$, and to find out how it's all going to work. I'm a little nervous, a little excited, a little worried that he'll tell us we can't start right away. I'm sooooo done with waiting. I've been waiting for this my whole life!!!

***Update*** Sorry it took a while to update. We started handing out candy when we got home, then watched a Halloween movie. Appointment went well. We'll be doing IVF with pICSI. He said I can basically decide to start whenever I want to. No birth control, but I don't know what protocol I'll be on Yet. On Monday the IVF nurse will be sending us all the paper work so hopefully it'll all be in there. We decided we want to start right away, so hopefully that will mean a November ET, and possibly a November or December ET. RE thinks because of my AFC during my IUIs we should be able to get at minimum 12 eggs. For my 4 IUIs my AFCs was between 16 and 20. He seems very confident that we won't need to do more then one ER, but did say it may take more then one transfer for it to work. Also, for whatever reason he is taking off $1500 off the price for us, which I am greatful for. DH thinks it's because we've spent about $2700 on IUIs that didn't work and maybe he feels bad.
