I have too- I read online that it's fine- some sparkling water has a lot of sodium, so just watch out for that.

I have been drinking sparkling water regularly. If I drink too much it makes me gassy.but I haven't checked if it's safe or not.

plain sparkling water/seltzer has zero sodium. club soda has sodium in it.
anyway, i think it's fine. it may make you bloat or burp more than usu, though.

They say to limit it in case it causes further indigestion or what not. It's not about harm to the baby. If all you can keep down is sparkling water, it's far better than being dehydrated.
