Anyone else have their first Ultrasound/Appointment today?

I'm so nervous today! We have our first appointment with our midwife today and we get to see if everything is normal. I have never used a midwife before so I'm excited to see how things go.

Anyone else have their first appointment
today? How are you feeling?

    Had an ultrasound last week and first appt this afternoon. Since my doctor has criticized my use of anxiety and sleeping meds due to generalize anxiety disorder I'm really nervous. I have been to a psych reproductive specialist and my physiatrist also oked the meds-greater risk not taking. I'm just stressed about the appt. I'm trying to keep it together, super sick today too so not helping.

    I have my first prenatal phone appointment today and then I'll get to schedule my first u/s appointment. They said they might be able to get me in today. I feel like it's a long shot but really crossing my fingers, I'm dying to see my little sweetpea!

    I'm supposed to be about 5 weeks I had an ultrasound on Wednesday but the nurse couldn't see anything so she got a blood test. Today I have to go back for an ultrasound if she doesn't see anything blood testing again. I'm freaking out hopefully it's just too early to see. Wish me good luck!

    Update: we saw the heart beat and I totally cried. It's real now! Doctor said everything looked perfect. I'm a day behind what I thought. 6 weeks tomorrow.
    Happy thoughts to everyone is still waiting for appointments :-)

    Update: Everything is great measured exactly 8w3d. Heart beat was lovely! So exciting! It's sinking in and now we can finally be happy about it instead of worried!

    Update: appointment went pretty well. My husband likes my doc. Blood pressure was high so we adjusted the meds and it should be ok. We got to hear the heartbeat. So very cool. We loved it very much. Lil D is going to be here in 7 months or less. Finally getting excited!

    I did!! Our appt went great saw the hb and everything! DH cried. So sweet!

    I had mine last week, so exciting! I found out i wasn't as far along as I though but baby is healthy. I have my first appointment with my OBGYN Tuesday which I'm glad has finally come!
