I took a tumble...

Missed the last two stairs with a baby in my arms and went flying. Landed on my left hip, managed to keep baby safe. I seem fine except for my poor hip... Just a little tender in my bump but I feel baby girl moving. Drinking lots of water and had something to eat while I waited for my Dr to call me. She said to go to L&D at my convenience... So parents of the baby are on their way home to relieve me so I can get checked out at the hospital. I will update you all soon.

So scary, I was walking down the church stairs with DD in my arms and my shoe caught and I almost feel last week. So glad you were able to keep baby safe (and I imagine your inside baby is safe and snug as well). Sending T&P you get good news soon!

UPDATE: Just got released from the hospital. They did fetal monitoring for an hour and say everything seems fine! Since I didn't land on my placenta they highly doubt there was any damage and I just need to watch out for bleeding, water breakage, and abnormal contractions. Thank goodness!!! But ouch, my hip really hurts now. Glad that is the worst of this experience. Thank you for all your well wishes
