UPDATE 2nd Beta test today

Just got back from the Dr. after my 2nd beta test.

Now just waiting on the nurse to return my call. Last time it only took her about 10 minutes, and now it's been almost 30. Cue total PgAL brain!!! She needs to call me back with these results before I spin into an all out panic!

Don't panic! 10 minuets is an extremely quick turn around time. My betas usually took anywhere from half a day to a whole day to hear back about. I hope you get a great number!

@KJsbabe well they told me to call back ab an hr after the test. I'm about an hr away from the office so I just call when I get home. There's no way to get directly through to the nurse so I just have to leave her a message. She's usually good about returning calls within the hour they are received. It's quite possible she's on her lunch break now since it's 11:30

Just going crazy over her waiting for the results!!!!

That's a fast turn-around time. I usually don't get my betas until late afternoon if I go first thing in the morning. I know some ladies who don't get theirs until the next day or even for several days. But no matter how long the wait is, it is always brutal. I have confidence that your next beta will be great, based on your strong first one. FX FX FX!

Yep. Remember the labs process things in batches. If the machine was full and you went into the next batch, it could be 45-90 minutes longer than the doctor's office thought, and not because anyone knows the result and is withholding but because the TECHNICIAN COULDN'T FIT ANYMORE TEST TUBES!!
