Car sick kids

My 13 month old and almost 3 year old always seem to get sick on long car rides. We are currently on a 12+ hour trip and was wondering if you have any tips or tricks. We have already had one kid throw up. It might have been from drinking water too fast and eating a bandanna. Not sure. But it didn't smell like actual stomach sick.

    I always get car sick. Try keeping it on the cooler side, munching on dry snacks with sips of a sweet drink. Try not to have the 3 Yr old look down a lot. Not sure if u give him a iPod of any type but it doesn't help.
