Foot growth during pregnancy.

So I am eyeing up some Toms Ankle wedge boots, but not sure if I should go for it or wait. So far I am still in my normal size flats. When does foot growth happen? Has it happened to anyone here yet?
TTC since May/June 2012 
Sept 2013 testing:
SA #1 Low motility (17%) 
SA #2 Lower sperm count, but much higher motility
CD 3 Bloodwork and ultrasound - Normal HSG - Clear tubes 
Oct/Nov 2013 Cycle 1 with RE 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI BFN  
Nov/Dec 2013 Cycle 2 with RE 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI BFN 
Jan/Feb 2014 Cycle 3 with RE 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI BFN 
2/20/14 Follow up consult RE recommends IVF with ICSI 
3/10/14 New patient consult with RMA NJ 
3/11/14 AMH and other Bloodwork to prep for IVF with ICSI at RMA NJ
3/28/14 Saline Sonogram - All good
March/April 2014 IVF #1 Antagonist Protocol
BCP/Bravelle/Menopur/Ganirelix
4/16/14 ER 26 Retrieved!!!
4/17/14 Fert Report 22 Mature 21 Fertilized w/ ICSI

    I do not think my feet have not grown at all yet. Still wearing my same shoes with no problem.

    ETA: Buy the boots!!!! :)

    They might not grow.  Hasn't happened yet to me, and my feet never grew with my other 2 pregnancies, they did swell though.

    Mine changed at the end, and never went back to the original size. I went up half a size after DD.

    Mine never changed with DS and haven't changed this time either.  I didn't have swelling or anything (until after delivery, but that was just from all the fluids in the hospital).  Buy the boots!  But show us pictures! :)

    Mine changed size during the end and never went back. I really hope they don't get any bigger this time.

    Mine changed with DD. But the change didn't happen until sometime in 3rd trimester. I don't know when exactly because I mostly wore flipflops at that point.

    But they got alot wider after her and went up half a size. I'm trying to not buy any new shoes while pregnant incase that happens again.

    Oh and if you really want the shoes but are worried about spending the money later buy yourself a visa gift card and once you've had the babies and aren't swollen anymore and retaining water go buy them.

    The gift card after baby(s) is a good idea!! I probably shouldn't go and buy wedges since I usually wear flats or uggs. Accident waiting to happen. lol

    My feet have gotten wider I bought a pair of cheapo boots and as I live in the south I'm still wearing sandals. I can't wear most of my fall shoes :( I am hoping that the change isn't permanent....

    No growth here yet, but starting to get some pretty good swelling making my feet much fatter.

    Mine were a size 7 before I had my kids. Now I am an 8. Not sure when it happened, lol, but I am not happy about it ;)

    My feet didn't grow with DS at all. Haven't yet this time either. Sometimes it just doesn't happen.

    My feet grew a size with my first. No change so far hope it stays because what girl likes wearing a 11.? So if I had to go to a12 I would be pissed
