TTCAL advice wins again-- thank you <3

Recently, the TTCAL gals posted a thread about their experiences when friends/family announce and what would be their preferred way to receive the news. Well, DH and I are very close with another couple who, last year, chose to end their TTC journey (after 2 losses). DH and I were both concerned about how to share with them news about my pregnancy-- not wanting to cause hurt but also not wanting to hide any longer.

After sharing that thread with him, we wrote and sent an email (after work hours) and sent them a text as a head's up. It was very well-received and we will be seeing them on Friday for trick-or-treating with our DD.

Thank you, ladies of TTCAL. Again, your guidance is so spot-on and helpful.

    Yes, ma'am. I really did. Thank you so so much. 
    They are our "best" friends here, and it was very important to me (and my H) that we share with them in the best possible way.

    HSG Dec 2012 Fill no spill on left side, right side normal (most physically painful experience of my life..)
    Metformin Started May 2013
    PG#1: BFP 10-21-13. EDD 6-17-14 mmc 12-9-13 m/c occurred with cytotec on 12-11-13 
    PG#2: BFP 07-25-14.  EDD 4-5-15   *Hoping this is my rainbow*
    Diagnosed with PCOS, Hypothyroid,IBD/UC, (UC in remission as of July 2014)
    *I will always love you Fetey the first.*
