  I like it....I know a young man with that name and it totally fits him...dont think that name is a 1 size fits all kind of name like john though.

  My boss's grandson's name is Pierce.  I honestly thought of him first when I opened this post.  Pierce Brosnan didn't even occur to me!

  Love Brosnan but can't get past "pierce" being a verb. It's something you do like stab, cut, etc.

  I like it...it's my maiden name.  I may use it as a middle name if we have another, boy or girl.
