Wedge for crib

Does anybody use one? I would love to know what you're using and how you like (or don't) like it. We just switched from the RnP to the crib last night. My DH set up the mattress so it's at a slight incline to help reduce spit ups. I think the incline helped her sleep better than if we had it flat. We would like to be able to switch which way her head is occasionally since she prefers to look out one way more (to prevent flat head since she started to get a bit of that from the RnP).
