24 week pegnancy

My due date was to be July 21st 2014 I had my son at 24 weeks, (4/4/2014).. He was in the hospital four months of his life he been home since saturday August 9th he came home in a heart monitor and oxygen. He is now six months chronologically and three months gestational age wise. He has came a long way since he was born premature
