Chapstick for 2yo?

DS is almost 2, and his lips are dry. I guess it's a stupid question, but does it matter what kind of Chapstick I use on him? Any recommendations? He has eczema on his legs, but I don't think his face or lips are too sensitive, so can I just use plain white Chapstick?

    @ChickenOnSunday‌, I'm also thinking he might try to eat it or smear it all over his face. DH covered his whole body in Vaseline when he was DS' age. I think I'll try to keep it out of his reach.

    Last winter DD would get dry, chapped skin around her mouth. I still had Lansinoh lanolin left from BFing, I applied at bedtime and was cleared up in the morning.
