I had my ultrasound today baby wouldn't show anymore private bits then this. The Dr said its not enough to say any thoughts???

You are at 23 and 6 in this picture--you are certainly far enough to go to sex determination ultrasound (electively) in your area if your OB thinks that is okay. You would pay out of pocket for this non-essential, non-medical service.
This forum is not for us to look at your baby's junk and try to tell you if there is a penis or a vagina. Who are you? Maybe google is what you need.

I think you're confusing being rude with the truth. You wouldn't walk up to a pregnant stranger in a grocery store and shove your ultrasound in her face and ask if she thought it was a penis or a vagina after your medical team couldn't tell you. Here's how the online forum thing works: you introduce yourself and look around a little. You would have quickly figured out this is not your own personal google.
Also the purpose of medical ultrasound at 20 weeks is not to tell you if you're having a boy or a girl so you can decorate your nursery or answer people's questions. It is a medical exam for the baby not for Pottery Barn Kids. Just because you had to pay money (shocking that you have to pay for medical care, right? In no other field do people show up and expect services without paying...) doesn't mean you are entitled to certain information.
Of course if this is your GBCB if you could go ahead and say a few of the following I could win at bingo today:

2) Even if we did, what makes you think we can read the ultrasound better than your doctor?
