  Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear this. I really hope that everything is fine, and she just happened to pick up another bug quickly. It always seems that once Emmett gets sick, its just a constant cycle of one thing after another for awhile.

  I'm sure that your job will be understanding. The health of your child has to come before everything else!

  I agree with @Kelseyhh, the sickness domino effect is evil!! Does your employer have the option of taking intermittent FML to care for your DD as needed?

  I am so sorry. I know the question had been asked, but do you qualify for intermittent FMLA leave? If so, I would recommend starting the paperwork as soon as you can. That would give you job security and the time to take care of your DD.

  So sorry you're going through this (again). Hope they can figure it out and LO is feeling better soon!  I was going to ask about FMLA too.  If your company qualifies it should protect your job if you have to take time off to care for a sick family member (even if the time off is unpaid).

  FMLA paperwork has been started. They are saying this is still lingering from before and that it could take a few weeks to be completely gone.
  
  Now I just have to deal with her crankiness... I'm so exhausted!
