Hi. I was on the TTGP board and somewhat active but since we are starting our first medicated cycle in about a week I thought I should hop on over here and say hi. I am 39, MH is 40. I have a 12 year old DD and we have a 16 month old DD together. We have been trying since my last loss in March with no luck.
I had my first RE visit a few weeks ago and my CD 3 labs were not good. FSH 20.2 AMH <0.3 and AFC 3. I am shocked that just 16 months ago I had a baby and now this is where we are at. We have done all the tests that are required to do a medicated cycle. HSG, saline sonogram, ultrasound etc. Everything is fine except that I have a small uterine fibroid. But it is not in the uterine cavity so they do not need to remove it.
My RE wants to try a cycle with Gonal F+ Trigger+ IUI and see how I respond to the meds. I am not a candidate for IVF with my own eggs because of my age and labs. We would be able to do IVF with DE but I guess we will try the IUI first and see how it goes! I am very familiar with lurking and I have learned so much from doing that already. Looking forward to getting to know you ladies! I hope you will have me.

IUI #2: on 7/28/14 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI (23 million sperm, 2 dominant follies) = BFN
IUI #3 on 8/22/2014 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI (53 million sperm, 2 dominant follies)= BFP MMC @ 7weeks
