WWYD?

I have been doing a bootcamp class for about 3 months (lost 25lbs thus far woot woot!) and I love it.  I am 3dpo and wondered what you ladies thought on if exercise is "ok" during the 2ww?  I have always been overweight and am really working towards fixing that issue so I don't want to miss class and as far as I know it shouldn't effect anything but thought I would check in with you ladies.  Thank you for any advice you can offer :).

Yay for the great weight loss.  I was always told that whatever you were doing before is ok to continue...just not to start anything new.  Keep up the great work.

Thank you ladies! I went and just took it a little easier, especially during the cardio circuits. Felt nice! Never thought I would love working out but I do :)

Congrats on the weight loss and healthier life habits! I used to hate running, and now if I don't run at least 3 times a week, I miss it! Exercise during pregnancy is healthy for you and the baby! You aren't supposed to start anything new, but ithe is safe to continue your classes!

Continue to do what you are doing. Just listen to your body. Slow down if need be, but you will be fine.
