Hi All,
I went in for my routine 24 week ultrasound yesterday and the tech discovered that my umbilical cord is one shy of the normal 2 arteries. My daughter looks perfectly healthy otherwise, they are just going to watch her closely over the next couple of months to track her growth and development. My doctor encouraged me to go home and read up on this defect but upon doing that I think it made my husband and I even more nervous about it. I am looking for other's advice or stories related to this. Any insight is appreciated as I'm pretty nervous!
