Hi ladies.  I hope you and baby have been well this week!  Please feel free to post any questions you may have for each other.

How far along are you?

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones?

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions?

QOTW: Halloween is next week.  Are you dressing up as anything and are you incorporating your pregnancy into your costume?  How are you feeling about a holiday coming up without your angel?

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?

How far along are you? 21 weeks

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? Next week marks 22 weeks, the same week I delivered my twins.  I am freaking. out.

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? Just lactose intolerant with this baby.  No pizza for this mama!

QOTW: Halloween is next week.  Are you dressing up as anything and are you incorporating your pregnancy into your costume?  How are you feeling about a holiday coming up without your angel? baby girl and I are going as this: https://www.etsy.com/listing/181569577/pink-bow-baby-ninja-skeleton-maternity?ref=shop_home_active_4

I am really upset that we don't get to dress our twins up.  I had so many ideas for their first Halloween and what they were going to be. Seeing everyone else's kids dressed up is going to be rough.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Viability.  Actually, more like getting to the third trimester.  I am so worried that at any moment, I will, go into labor with this little one and lose her, too.

How far along are you?      13 weeks 2 days

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones?    Had my NT Scan this past Monday and everything checked out ok. Saw my Doctor yesterday and she wants to see me every two weeks since I have SSA and am highrisk b/c of it. I was the same with Brooke but I wasn't seen every two weeks. I am kind of excited about seeing the doctor every two weeks for reassurance.

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions?     Really nothing which has been the theme of this pregnancy, which still has me worried.

QOTW: Halloween is next week.  Are you dressing up as anything and are you incorporating your pregnancy into your costume?  How are you feeling about a holiday coming up without your angel?        Not really planning on dressing up and I might just shut off all the lights and just stay home and watch a movie with DH.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?       Just seeing so many 2nd tri losses and trying to repeat the PGAL Mantras to myself.

How far along are you? 14 weeks 5 days

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? I just had an appointment on Wednesday so not another one for a month. I can go in for a heartbeat check whenever I want, but I haven't felt the need to do that yet.

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? Feeling pretty good now. I actually had enough energy and motivation to exercise twice this week. Before that it had been at least a month since I had done anything more than walk to the park. Heartburn started in the evening a few days ago and every once in a while it feels like my legs are going to fall off. It seems early for these things to be happening. I hope it doesn't get worse in the next almost 6 months. With both DD and Nathaniel things got pretty bad near the end with hip pain.

QOTW: Halloween is next week.  Are you dressing up as anything and are you incorporating your pregnancy into your costume?  How are you feeling about a holiday coming up without your angel? I'm not dressing up. I never do. DD will go trick or treating with DH. I will stay home and give out candy. There probably won't be any babies so I'm not worried about seeing them. I hadn't planned on dressing Nathaniel up anyway, but I wasn't really thinking of Halloween costumes yet since he was born in February.
Like @chickinNH I think that Christmas will be harder. Probably Thanksgiving will be the hardest for me. DH's cousin had a baby about a month after Nathaniel was born. They are usually around for Thanksgiving at the IL's house. I don't know if I can handle seeing him yet.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Not much. Figuring out what to do for next month's Nathaniel day.

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? Still waiting for my first appointment on November 6th. Two more weeks. The wait has felt eternal!

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? Tired, nausea, threw up for the first time this week. I never actually did with my son. I had a lot of nausea, but as long as I ate a snack every couple hours I was okay. I want chicken, all the time! I can't stand anything sweet. I barely made it through a handful of almonds a week ago because they seemed too sweet to me!

QOTW: Halloween is next week.  Are you dressing up as anything and are you incorporating your pregnancy into your costume?  How are you feeling about a holiday coming up without your angel? Our son passed away on the morning of the 31st last year. I'm not sure what our plan is yet for that day, but it definitely won't be Halloween festivities.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Monday the 27th is our son's birthday and Friday the 31st the anniversary of his death. I can't believe we are here already. We are mostly just trying to survive right now.

How far along? 37 weeks and 5 days

Upcoming appointments/milestones: I have another weekly check up next week where she will measure me and possibly determine an induction date. High risk doctor wants him induced by my due date if he doesn't come by then due to my history. It will also include an NST. This week he was not cooperating for the NST (kept moving away from the monitor) so I had to have an ultrasound and all was fine. He is still head down.

Symptoms etc: I haven't had any contractions yet just some occasional cramping and lightening crouch when I walk. He feels really low. Still constantly hungry and always tired.

QOTW: No plans just feel like we will be in full on wait mode by then. I have avoided Halloween these past several years because it's too hard to see the kids but hopefully next year we will have our own trick or treater :)

Open topic: I am starting to feel like a ticking time bomb because it feels close to our due date but still a couple weeks out. I just hope this time passes fast but it has really slowed down.

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? Next OB Nov, 21st, A/S Dec 3rd

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? I want cheese fries. Mmm. I had some the other day and it's all I think about now!

QOTW: Halloween is next week.  Are you dressing up as anything and are you incorporating your pregnancy into your costume?  How are you feeling about a holiday coming up without your angel? Won't be dressing up but I have always thought the t-shirt with the skeleton baby is cute. Holidays are tough. These will be the 2nd without Ana, so it's GOT to be easier than last year, right? I think it's going to be easier because I'm pregnant, and we will be finding out the sex right after thanksgiving.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? I want my pregnancy to speed up!

chickinNH Thank you, as always, for your support.  I'm praying that your A/S on the 6th gives you nothing but good news.  I know it must be so difficult to wait for more reassurance.  Like you, I'm already dreading Christmas too. I hope that your little bun in the oven gives you some happiness on such a big holiday. Big hugs to you.

BrittianyM I'm glad the NT scan came back with good results and that you can get checked out so often.  I think it is a big necessity for being PgAL to get as much support as possible from our doctors.  Your plan on Halloween sounds like what I want to do - that's usually what I want to do every night!

dadalou  I hope your pregnancy symptoms start to ease off a little bit!  I always love seeing what you do for Nathaniel Day.  I think it is so great that you do something for him every month.  We try to do the same for our boys, but we never usually do anything big. **Hugs** as we approach Thanksgiving.

GymSpaz26 you, your little one, and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers as the 27th and the 31st approach.  I haven't reached those milestones yet (not until January), and so right now I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you.  Love and prayers.

jess123456 Sending love as you approach your due date. You must have so many emotions going through you right now.  Please let us know if there are any updates!  I'll be thinking of you.

stefugemsunshine123 Thank you so much for your support.  It really means a lot :)

shandorfml2 Thank you :)  I do hope that this year is easier for you.  I completely understand the whole pregnancy speeding up thing - it seems like the weeks go by so slow!  Also, now I want cheese fries.

    appointment this week

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? I had hyperemesis gravidarum with my son and I'm afraid I have it again. I'm so sick all the time and nothing is appealing. Hoping it doesn't last too long.

QOTW: Halloween is next week.  Are you dressing up as anything and are you incorporating your pregnancy into your costume?  How are you feeling about a holiday coming up without your angel?
I'm sad my son isn't here for the holiday. It would have been fun to dress him up. I agree with previous posters who said they are not planning to do much of anything on Halloween. I will not be dressing up nor incorporating my pregnancy.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?
Hoping I start to feel better soon. It's so hard being sick all the time. I'm worried because we recently moved and I started a new job. I'm wondering if I need to decrease my hours to part time or take a leave of absence while my nausea and vomiting are so bad. I figure I'll ask my MD about this when I go to my appointment.

msunshine123 I hope you start to feel better soon! Please keep us updated.  It must be so stressful having just moved and started a new job, and now dealing with being so sick.  FX that it subsides soon.
