Hope I'm not stepping on your toes
@lbonga1. Haven't seen this post yet today and I think there is a good group that enjoys this post!
So what are the plans for this week? Any great recipes from last week that the rest of us need to try?
Mon - Sloppy Joe, Potatoes
Tues - Kielbasa, Pepper, Onion, and Potato Hash
Weds - Veggie Fajita Linguine
Thurs - Burgers and Fries
Fri - Cheese Enchiladas and rice
Sat - Eat Out
Sun - Baked Ziti
Last week I tried a new recipe (Baked Tortellini)
https://www.pipandebby.com/pip-ebby/2014/7/29/easy-cheesy-tortellini-bake.html. I don't think it was my favorite dish, but it was good enough to add to the rotation and make sometime again. Another dish I made is a long time favorite and I recommend it to any of you looking for a good tex mex.

Re: Meal Plan Monday
Mon - tortellini with an artichoke and tomato sauce
Tue - vegetarian lentil-quinoa tacos
Wed - breakfast for dinner at my parents' house
Thu - macaroni and cheese
Fri - crockpot enchilada pasta
Sat - winging it. If DH goes to the framers market with DD while I'm working, maybe he will make something yummy. Otherwise, might go out to dinner.
Last week my roasted veggies and pasta can out particularly well. And DD loved the white bean and fennel soup. I stuck it in the blender for a couple seconds for her since some of the chunks of stuff were pretty big, then I tossed some ditalini pasta in there, and she had two big helpings of it.
Oh! And we learned from Indian takeout night that we can now add potato pakoras to the very short list of ways DD will eat potatoes. Until then it was literally just French fries. I got her to try the pakora by saying it was kind of like a French fry, so every time she took a bite, she'd shout "like French fries!" She also felt the need to inform us every time she ate a pea from her mattar paneer.

I am losing motivation to plan a whole week of meals lately because I keep hoping I won't make it to the end of the week and I have a lot of meals frozen for L once we are gone.
Monday - Spaghetti w/homemade meat sauce, garlic bread, & salad (this didn't happen last week, as DH unexpectedly took us out to Sweet Tomatoes)
Tuesday - Tuscan Lasagna, steamed veggies
Wednesday - Crock Pot Fajitas, beans & rice
Thursday - Tortellini & Sausage Soup w/french bread

I just blacken them a little bit on my skillet to be honest. I also make up a huge batch of them at a time and freeze them in pre-portioned ziplock bags. No open flames here! Who has the time? It's a Martha Stewart recipe of course
