Sometimes I find myself getting pretty hungry late at night. I'm too exhausted to chew, let alone fix a snack and sit down to eat it! The prenatal nurse told me it was ok to have a protein shake, but it seems like I remember reading whey or soy protein wasn't good. Any suggestions for something quick and filling?

Thanks @ktlovess I will definitely look into making my own.
@carlsonbaby2014 that Reese's smoothie is my absolute fave!! I haven't made it in a while so thanks for the reminder.
I will look up the other protein drink ideas as well. Thanks ladies!
