Am I too paranoid?

So, I loaned a good chunk of my NB stash (a couple dozen prefolds and a few AIOs) to my SIL. Now her NB is being treated for yeast

the rash didn't look yeasty to me but it's improving with the ointment so it must be! She also gave me 6 NB covers (!) for free to keep because she didn't like them (super brites and the new Econobum NBs). But, I'm so paranoid about the yeast I'm afraid to use the diapers and covers. She's treating for yeast right now and has bleached all the prefolds. I bleached the covers twice (in addition to the NB clothes she gave me when we found out we were having a girl). How paranoid is too paranoid?
