Safe Halloween makeup for infants

My husband and I want to take advantage of my son's full head of hair so we wanted to dress him up as the Addams family baby, Pubert.  He already has fair skin but has a little pink in his face so I'd like to put white powder on him.  We also want to gel his hair down and draw a mustache on him and his eyebrows.  Does anyone have any suggestions on safe makeup and gel that we can use?

    I don't know about make-up and gel on a baby (I guess a bit depends on the age of the baby). However, the name Pubert makes me want to throw up.

    Lol, agreed.  Pubert is a ridiculous name.  For the record, I did not name my baby Pubert.  I just thought it might help with Google/Bing searches. RN536, good point. I hadn't thought of how he'll be touching his hands to his face and mouth (obviously). Ummm, no I did not mean to post this on this blog. Can you all tell it's my first post? Thanks for being so quick with your responses, everyone even though it's not the right blog.  Heh.
