Visit to the E.R.

I know i asked earlier about going to the E.R. I was bleeding after my surgery during my ovulation. Well The last couple nights it was much worse, i was going through a super tampon and a pad with in 30-1.00 I had a massive migraine and I was super sick to my stomach. The E.R. doc did an ultra sound and said it looks like i had an other cyst form and rupture, it wasn't a large cyst but it explains the cramping and the bleeding. He said i really only have a couple of options. I can wait for my period to come and hope the hormones that signal my period to end will stanch the bleeding cyst as well. Or I'll have to have a hormone injection that will stop it, if i get the shot it has the chances of messing up my fertility for the next couple months. He checked my blood levels and they were only a couple points low so he felt safe with me just taking some anti enflamitories of the non blood thinning variety and go home. So i have two weeks to stop the bleeding and go from there. Really having a hard time wrapping my head around how on earth in just a couple weeks i had an other cyst… =[

    Awww, I'm so sorry. :-( I hope the bleeding stops on its own and that you can get comfortable in the meantime. ((hugs))

    Test Results/Diagnosis- HSG & SA totally normal
    DX: 3/2014 Prolactinoma/Hyperprolactinemia- Started cabergoline 2/2014
    5/2014 Possible mild PCOS in addition to hyperprolactinemia??
    7/2014 Adding probable tubal factor to the diagnosis list
    9/2014 And now adding hypothyroid to the list- Started synthroid 9/2014
    Cycles 1-4 - Sept.-March- All Anovulatory 
    IUI #1 March/April-  Clomid 50mg + Clomid 100mg +Trigger + IUI #1 = BFN
     IUI #2 April/May-Clomid 100mg + Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #2 + Endometrin=BFN
    IUI #3- June- Follistim 75iu + Trigger + IUI #3  Benched due to a 40 mm cyst. :-(
    IUI #3- July- Follistim 75iu + Trigger + IUI #3 + Endometrin = BFP! on 7/25/14
    Slowly rising betas - Ectopic suspected on 8/8/14 & confirmed on 8/11/14
    Methotrexate on 8/12/14 -HCG negative on 9/2/14
    IVF #1- November- Antagonist protocol: 11/1: start stims, 200iu of Follistim; 11/12 ER 17R/14M/14F; 11/17 5 day transfer of two blasts, 2 blasts and 2 expanding morulas frozen; 11/22 BFP!! (On FRER at 5dp5dt)
    Betas: 9dp5dt 205, 11dp5dt 497, 14dp5dt 1,709
    u/s at 5w0d- 1 sac; u/s at 6w0d 1 baby with heartbeat, another sac without a heartbeat

    Married September 2012. TTC since September 2013

    June 2014 - Dx w/ significant PCOS and referred to RE.

    July/August 2014 - Testing complete: Testosterone & AMH very high, FSH slightly high, Vitamin D low, tubes and lining all lovely. DH SA: A+

    Cycle 1 (Nov 2014): 2.5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI = BFN

    Cycle 2 (Dec 2014): 5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    Cycle 3 (Jan 2015): 5mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    WTF consult scheduled for 1/29

    I'm so sorry, that is so frustrating, and sounds very stressful, as well! I hope the bleeding stops soon so you don't have to take that med. ((Hugs))!

    Thank you so much. No no one laughed. I think i've been to the ER three times in my LIFE I always feel silly for going cuz it's not like i'm dying lol. Thank you again so much ladies. I hope everyone has a super amazing sunday.

    Me: 27 DH: 35

    TTC #1 Since July 2013

    Started RE Testing July 2014

    2 HSG tests: Right tube is blocked, possible endo.

    TSH elevated, started Synthroid 25 mg daily.

    October, 2014: Femara 5 mg + TI ---> 3 follies on blocked tube side ---> BFN

    November, 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI#1--2 follies (on the good side), 46 mil. motile sperm=BFN

    Nov-Dec 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #2 (1 follie, 76 mil. motile sperm) + Endometrin=BFN

    January, 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #3 (1 follie, 38 mil. motile sperm)=???

    New RE appt. scheduled for 1/14.
