Best baby-wearing wrap?

I have a baby bjorn that I had planned to use exclusively, but baby girl is still a little to small for it. Going out tomorrow where I don't want people to be asking to hold her, so I'm going to wear her. What are you using - can it be used under 8 lbs? DD is 7 1/2 currently. Hoping I can pick something up at Target.

I also love my Moby and so does DD. She usually will just stare at me until she falls asleep. I planned to use it until she's big enough for our ergo carrier.
