How are you feeling? I am doing okay...I am really fighting with muscle aches...
Appointments/Updates? Exciting updates: I had a 4D Scan on wednesday and got to see our lil girl...she stuck her tongue at her grandmother and I thought my MIL was going to pass out from adoration. I have my glucose test next week.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? OH have I!!!! SO ready, my DH, he made me melt yesterday...ever since we knew we where having a girl he has been hard pressed on nothing too girly. Well anywho, her nursery is done being painted and I mentioned wanting pretty lighting above her crib and he said NO. Well what do you know he went to Ikea and bought a crystal (plastic, come on people) Chandeleir to go over her crib and the cutest lil lamp in white with ruffles and curled feet. Almost cried...its so pretty. He also stated he bought it for me, yes for Ellie but really to see me smile. I also have a crib and a changing dresser!
Rants/Raves: My DH is an intorverted man...but he tries and this week, I can't appreciate him more for the lil thoughts.

Ok Ok I will not judge..your not a fuddy duddy. AND of course I AM DRESSING UP PEOPLE! I use every excuse to wear a costume..I even dressed up for Renn Fest this year. I won't tell you my halloween costume but I am so excited! Pictures later!
How are you feeling? Okay. I was woken up by a charlie horse around 3 or 4am this morning and by the time I needed to get up and start my day at 5:15 I still could not put any pressure on my leg. Thankfully a hot shower helped some but I am still hobbling around.
Appointments/Updates? Next Friday at 30 weeks
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? No but I am painting the nursery this weekend!

Ok Ok I will not judge..your not a fuddy duddy. I won't be dressing up just because the idea sounds exhausting. I want to but I just know I won't. My daughter will be dressing up and going to 1 house but she is still too young to understand.
How are you feeling? Feeling pretty good! Can't really complain too much.
Appointments/Updates? Physio once a week for a hip injury/crooked pelvis from before I was pregnant, but it has returned! 30 week MW appointment next Tuesday.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? We were in Pittsburgh (from Ontario) this past weekend, and went to the Penguins game. My hubs is a HUGE Pens fans and got the babe 3 little Penguin onsies and a Crosby jersey.
Rants/Raves: Was woken up at 4am this morning with crazy charlie horse/cramps in my calves. Woke up my hubby cuz I was yelling in pain. Got out of bed and went for a little walk, which seemed to help.

We've been invited to a Halloween party on the Friday and Saturday night. I have to work until 9pm on Halloween, so hopefully I'm feeling good and we can go to the party after. I'm planning on making my bump into the Miley wrecking ball, but I need another costume that is 'work appropriate'. Also, need something for my hubby to dress up as. Hoping for something DIY..suggestions welcome!
How are you feeling? Pretty good. Back has improved a lot since I've been to the chiropractor. Still can't sleep through the night. I'm up from 3-5 basically every night. I've given up trying to sleep and either do stuff for work or clean.
Appointments/Updates? Nope. 26 week appointment next week.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? Nope. Although I think we are doing some shopping at Target tomorrow. Hoping to get something to put his clothing in. I'm thinking of getting a cube system with the cloth drawers since we can't really fit a traditional set of drawers in the room, plus I feel like when he is older than it can be used to store toys etc.
Rants/Raves: Last weekend we took a short trip and went to the House on the Rock. It is this crazy mansion in Wisconsin that this rich guy filled with all of this stuff. It was really fun, I especially liked the room with the giant 3 story whale fighting an equally large and ridiculous octopus.

I'm not sure we are doing anything. I usually am really into Halloween but this year I feel so tired plus I feel like I'm too pregnant looking for a normal costume but not pregnant looking enough for a bump costume. Sigh.

How are you feeling? Pretty darn good. I'm having a little bit if trouble laying down 1-3 hours after I eat dinner. I try, but then I feel like all the food and drink is gonna flow back out if I'm not upright. I can't wait to shop for a recliner this weekend so I can lounge/nap without being completely horizontal.
Appt/updates:27 week appointment and glucose drink time in 1 1/2 weeks.
Bought baby stuff recently? Well I got some cute pic frames in different silver finishes and textures. Im working on where to hang them. We really want to get started decorating this weekend with the chair, some book shelves on the wall and maybe curtains. It was DHs idea to get started, I'm so excited!!
Rants/raves: nope!
And I'll just say no here for Halloween, sorry party pooper. Our first wedding anniversary is Nov 2nd, so we're going out to dinner on Halloween night so we can feel a little festive. But basically, just a normal dinner.
How are you feeling? Exhausted. Frazzled with life in general.
Appointments/Updates? The bleeding I had last week the OB thinks is just from stress with my mom and having a toddler and "normal" household duties going on. I passed my glucose test and my iron levels were fine!
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? No.
Rants/Raves: Not that I'm happy my mom is sick, but I'm seriously looking at silver linings where ever I can get them right now. I'm getting out of having to see my MiL tomorrow because I told my little brother whatever weekend(s) he's free between now and our mom passing, we'd go visit. Well, he's free this weekend, even though MiL wants DH, DD, and maybe me over. So DH might take DD unless she picks to come with me. MiL free weekend! hahaha.

And I live in the boonies where no one trick or treats, so I don't have to buy candy.

I had an ultrasound today and met with MFM Specialist. Baby Lauren looks good and is measuring on track. I have been having swelling so after being monitored for a bit it was found that my blood pressure is high. (Previous pregnany had these symptoms and I developed HELLP Syndrome) The doctor has decided that I need to be on bed rest and no more work until baby is born. Hopefully this will keep my stress level and BP down so baby can keep growing.

Bought a ton of clothes online last week and received them yesterday!

Haha! LO is dressing up! She is going to be a witch!! She could have picked any pretty princess, but because she found this adorable little witch hat, there we go!!! Might paint my belly or something XP

Crummy, hyperemesis is back a bit. But no extra fluids needed this week! I feel huge and uncomfortable all the time! These contractions are welcome to stop at any time!

I had a negative FFN! Glad I made it past the 29 week mRk when I delivered DS!

My sweet Dad sent some super frilly ultra girlie outfits! I wouldn't pick them, but I'm totally in love with them!
I'm itching to get going on the nursery. Our new house will be done in 3 weeks! It is painted a soft mint green!
Rants/Raves:
I spent 3 days with MIL alone. She never stops talking or suggesting ways I could do things better.....drove me nuts! Half the things don't even make sense! Oh and she polished off an amazing bottle of wine one night...umm so you ditched AA? Happy for the help but glad she's gone.
