Bad OB appointment (loss mentioned)

I had my first ultrasound today. I'm only measuring 5w 5d, when I should be 9w 2d. And there was no heartbeat. I know my dates are accurate, and I even had my hcg levels tested over 5 weeks ago. So it's pretty impossible for this pregnancy to be viable. My OB is going to have my come in for a rescan next Monday. But after going through this before, I just don't have it in me to be hopeful.
BFP #1: 5-14-2010, DD born 1-22-2011
BFP #2: 4-20-2012, Natural MC 5-1-2012
BFP #3: 7-19-2012, DS born 3-27-2013
BFP #4: 9-13-2014, MMC discovered 10-27-14 at 10w, d&c on 11-6-14
