I currently pump at work three times at 9, 12 and 3. Most mornings my exclusively breastfed 6 month old LO eats at 6 so then pumping three hours later works out well. But, some mornings LO eats at 7 and I am wondering if I should then push pumping back to 10, 1 and 4? I have heard some say the body is trained to pump at the same time every day but I have heard others say it is the every three hours that is important. Today LO ate at 7 and I pumped at 9...got much less than usual. Next time LO eats at 7 I will try not pumping until 10, but was just wondering if anyone else had any insight into this question. Thanks!
