biting while nursing...just about 3 months old

So my daughter is 12 weeks old.  The last week or so she has started to bite me while nursing.  She has no teeth, but still hurts. Anyone else experience? how long did it last. Maybe it's the start of teething.  My 2 boys didn't teeth until 6 months (yes, I know all are different) but wasn't sure if anyone went through this and wasn't teething.  It still hurts even with no teeth!  LOL :)

    Yes, one of the twins does this. I just stop him from eating temporarily when he does it, so hopefully he'll understand that the milk stops if he bites. My other kids bit, but it was when they were older. I would just yell no and stop feeding. I don't think there's much else you can do. Good luck!

    Yes, my almost 5 month old does this at times.  From what I've read, it could be due to teething or even boredom. I just end our nursing session.
