This check-in is open to anyone that is part of the SAIF community and is currently pregnant.

If there are any newcomers that would like to be added to the list, post below and include you EDD and how many beans you have cooking.

Checkin is every Tuesday, feel free to post updates all week.

Q: If you had to choose a favorite snack what would it be?

Blueberries8-10/14-We're back from our trip! It was very tiring but it went smoothly. I had my NT scan yesterday -- babies were measuring 13w and 13w1d and they both looked good and the NT measurements were normal. Unfortunately I still have the SCH it seems (after being told a couple of weeks ago it was no longer measurable) but it is smaller than it was and I haven't bled since week 7, so fingers crossed it reabsorbs completely and gives me no more trouble. I also found out I have placenta previa, but I assume it is partial because the doctor seemed pretty unconcerned by it and seems very optimistic it will move away from the cervix with time. He seemed to think it's two girls, but it is obviously really early to tell with any certainty by u/s, so time will tell! I stopped PIO last week (my sore butt is so happy!) and I am now tapering from Prednisone. I have a MFM appointment and a routine scan next week.

Byrne15-10/14-I'm due on Dec 27th and will be 30 weeks tomorrow. This baby is a girl and will be our 3rd and final. Everything has gone very well this pregnancy and I'm looking forward to our Christmas time baby!

ccam - EDD 11.29.14 – 10/14- I'm 33w4d today! The countdown is on - less than 6 weeks until my RCS. I had a regular OB appointment last week and although I've been measuring on track this whole pregnancy, I am now measuring a little ahead. The Dr thinks based on that and DS that I'm looking at another 9lb baby, even at 39 weeks. That kind of makes the thought of another RCS a little easier!

Ducky719-EDD 3/8/15 -10/14-19w2d (squuuueeeeee!) w less than one week until a/s! By this time next week i will have a gender update. The suspense is killing me. My guess is a boy...i have had two baby dreams and both times baby was a boy. I will be shocked if baby is a girl (tho not disappointed bc i love the idea of Sophie having a sister). Other than that, i dropped my 24hr urine collection off and will get the results from that, and the bloodwork they took, at my next regular OB appt in November.

Itsmevkb-9/30-I'm 9 weeks and had an ultrasound yesterday. The baby was measuring 5 days ahead and had a good heartbeat so I was happy. My spotting has stopped. I go back in three weeks for a NT scan and to get my cervix measured.

Jenny935- I'm at 19w4d and we had our a/s yesterday. All the body parts are measuring on target and everything is looking healthy - for our little girl. Whee! I had prepared myself for another boy, and that would have been totally ok because after all this IF, I just wanted a baby. But the fact that after all the pain and sadness and cycling and ups and downs, we still wound up with one of each seems like a dream.

Kdfecarie, EDD 8/29/14 (CS 8/22/14) 7/22 sorry its been a while life is crazy here right now, and i dont see it letting up till maybe november! 35 weeks now, and baby will be here in 26 days! I cant believe its so soon!!! Been rough with contractions and sickness making a return... Only a few more weeks!

KDR1919- EDD 4/16/15-8/12 I'm very early, 5 weeks tomorrow. EDD 4/16/15. My ultrasound is scheduled for 8/25. I'm still taking estradiol and progesterone 3 x daily. I don't feel pregnant and this doesn't seem real yet! It is hard to believe that it took 12 embryos over 5 transfers to get my twins and this pregnancy is from 1 single frozen embryo?!?

KMC84-EDD4/11/15-10/14-14+3 for me! Nothing new to report we told the ILs on Sunday and it went pretty well. Only one person irritated me and it wasn't who I was expecting! Still trying to kick this awful cold-I feel much better but the sinus headaches and congestion won't quit!

LuvBoston, EDD 3/9/15-10/14-I am 19 weeks, I had a horrible cold that brought me down but I'm better now. My stomach is on a roll this week causing trouble and my blood sugar is very low which is causing me to have double vision. My MFM said I should carry candy with me which is the total opposite of what the endocrine doc says.
I had both the fetal echo and a/s and both looked good! Baby is def a boy.

mdiblasi10 –EDD 1/30/15- 10/14-I hit 24 weeks on Friday, yay! I've been feeling great. I have my glucose test on Thursday and next OB appointment on Friday. I am really looking forward to our maternity photo shoot next month. Otherwise I'm just enjoying being pregnant

Mayzie15- EDD 2/01/15- 10/14-Still doing well my glucose and other blood work is around the corner. For now I'm enjoying our vacation

Mnerani – 9/2-Headed to 36 weeks this weekend! I have just started to feel big, slow, and tired- the lovely end of third tri. Our shipment from Kenya is going to be delivered to our house on Saturday (!) which is the last big, move-related "to do" before the baby arrives. Once we get all of that stuff moved in, I know I'm going to be like "OK, baby- time to meet your family!"

Pennylane26 -Boy EDD 11.26.14 –10/14-Just about 33 weeks! I am really looking forward to meeting this little man! BP has been good on meds, heartburn is also easing up and u/s showed that he is head down and very low (though I could tell you that just by the pressure!). Aiming for an induction date around 38 weeks if we make it that far.

srveatch –10/7- I am 32 weeks. Growth scans have been going great. Baby boy doesn't care at all that he has a two vessel cord. I am carrying him very low and starting to see my legs and feet swelling but BP is doing well. I am traveling for work next week and I am a little nervous about it. I just want to stay close to home and I am dreading spending time away from A. We only have limited time left just me and her . I couldn't be a Dr, no blood for me!

Robeano-EDD 2/3/15- 10/14-VDay!!!!! It's finally here. I had a midwife appointment this morning. Everything is looking good, although I was measuring a week ahead with the tape measure thing, but I know how easy that can be misread. But at a/s baby was measuring big too. I guess we make big kids lol. So midwife told me today that I will have a consult with an anesthesiologist for just in case I end up with an emergency c-section. A consult with an OB to assess my success rate of a VBAC. And at least two more ultrasounds this pregnancy. Oh and I'm due to go for my second 2 hour glucose test now. Ugh, I'm not trying to be a 'difficult' patient lol. But my midwives are awesome and they don't mind. In fact that tease me that I have the biggest file of all their patients.

I passed my glucose test and everything looked good at my OB appointment. We went ahead and scheduled the RCS for January 23rd (squeeee!!!), but I may try a VBAC if I go into labor before then. My OB did schedule a growth and position u/s for November 12th so we will get to see her again before she arrives

QOTW: My favorite snack is fruit. Grapes, strawberries, apples, peaches, plums.

Update: We had an unfortunately eventful week. Wednesday evening I started to bleed like a heavy period. I was admitted to the hospital for a few days but thankfully the bleeding stopped and now I am home laying low for the week. It's unclear whether the bleeding was related to my low-lying placenta (partial previa) or due to my SCH, which actually has shrunk considerably in recent weeks. In the hospital they were kind of gloomy but my MFM seems much more optimistic. The bleeding is really scary for me because it is believed that chronic bleeding caused PPROM in my first twin pregnancy. We had a detailed scan today with the MFM. It went really well and it seems that we are having a boy and a girl:)

25 weeks today. I can't believe I'm this close to 3rd trimester!! Yikes. No appointments or anything new to update.

Update: 34w3d today! I have a regular appointment on Thursday but I think they're going to tell me that I'm measuring even further ahead bc I've felt like this baby had a huge growth spurt! So much pressure and lots of BH lately. Besides that, I feel good, just tired.

QOTW: Right now, my favorite snack is ice cream! But normally, I'm more of a salty snack person - I love tortilla chips.

Update: 34 weeks and so ready for the end! Spending lots of cuddle time with G, I know there is going to be a big shift in this house once the little guy arrive! Looking forward to my appointment next week, we'll be scheduling an induction date! Originally I though it would be closer to 39 weeks, but they mentioned possibly 38. We shall see!

QOTW: Fruit, as of now my favorite is apple slices alone or with caramel! Yum!

Today is 20w - halfway there! Last time, we kept our gender secret IRL except from our parents until very late in the pregnancy. This time I feel like I've told a million people we're team pink! I think because I was so shocked. So far an uneventful week, which is how I prefer it.

@blueberries8 I'm sorry your week was so rough, but glad that things are looking good to the MFM - they're the experts, right?? GL for a better week this week, and congrats on team purple!

@ducky719 Congrats on your little Emily.

15+5 weeks today. I had another OB visit and u/s today. Baby looks great and my placenta moved quite a bit up and away from my cervix. I'm going back in 2 and 4 weeks for more u/s to keep an eye on things. The OB today was more concerned about last Friday than the OB I saw Friday...... I've definitely been more crampy and have had much worse RLP since Friday.

34 weeks and the count down has begun. I had another ultrasound this week and baby boy looks great and has good movement. I've been losing mucus for the last three weeks so my OB is going to check my cervix at my visit next week. I have to say I am getting a little anxious because my husband is waiting to the last minute to get the nursery ready. I can't even get the clothes washed and put away.. Ahhhhhh. Someone talk me off the ledge! Congrats @racheyt0227‌

Congrats rache!

I am 20 weeks 4 days and while I am blessed to be pg I am a mess. I have 3 different rashes on my body, a migraine, blood sugar problems and of course my stomach which I nicknamed satan. I am so over this.

@kmc84‌ DD is still in the nursery. He has been getting her big girl room ready but it is taking forever! He can't repaint the nursery until we move her. This was not great planning in retrospect. I sure enough kicked him in the butt though:/. Nesting is in high gear... He better join me

32 weeks and scheduled my RCS for Dec 22nd. Hoping for an uneventful hospital stay for me and baby, so we can leave for home on Dec 24th and be home with the boys.

QOTD: My fav snack would have to be Zebra Cakes. Why? I have no idea! I've loved them since I was a kid.
