Baby's food choices are limited, but that's because I don't offer very many different things.

  • If it's on my plate, he will eat anything. But I voted majority, he is definitely more picky than he was under 1.

  • He will eat anything except for banana. Can't even hide it in something to cover the taste. I don't blame him though I hate bananas!

  • He pretty much only rejects meat. He'll eat sushi, though.

  • She will eat a tiny bit of pretty much anything, but food in general is more interesting as a toy than as a source of nutrition.  Before 12 or 13 months, she was like a little garbage disposal, but now most things just end up on the floor...and the counter...and the wall.
  • If he continues to eat as much as he does now, we will go broke feeding him as a teenager. He eats everything and lots of it. I don't know where he puts it because he's definitely not overweight- he's very tall and his weight is proportionate to his height. I hope he continues to eat well because ds1 lives on chicken nuggets, apples, clementines, grapes, and grilled cheese sandwiches.

  • My kid is the pickiest eater on the planet.  It makes me crazy.

  • She eats almost everything!  Lily has even had California roll and she likes to eat pickled ginger.  Some adults don't like that!

  • Picky. No meat, at all, of any kind. Puts it in his mouth and immediately spits it out. Even if it's hiddent in something else. Veggies are limited. However, he will eat all the fruit, pasta, bread, and cheese. My pedi didn't seem concerned, but I find it frustrating. I am lookin forward to when LO is old enough for me to say "you have to try 2 bites."

  • I voted majority, because it's a bit more than a few.  But it's not *too* much more than a few.  Fruit is a favorite (but no bananas or most berries), and most carbs are definitely in.

LO does not care for vegetables for the most part.  He gets what we eat for the most part at dinner (unless it's spicy - dude HATES spicy), but refuses to even touch most veg.  Silly man.

He and E can fight for the title.

He will rarely eat fresh fruit and never fresh veggies.  Drives this raw food lovin' vegetarian NUTS.

He always gets what I make for dinner but I generally end up running back to the kitchen for cheese and/or hummus so he's not starving before bed.
I'd like to join the battle for pickiest eater. Though he would eat fruit all day, that's really the only reliable food with him. Or a big hunk of bread, which is only offered in the rarest of situations (restaurant distractions, etc.)
She will only on occasion eat fresh veggies (she likes them but typically chooses not to eat them) and never eats fruit.  I have to give her purees at every meal to make sure she gets fruits and veggies in her diet.  Otherwise she would live on grilled cheese, PBJ, black beans and quesadillas.

  • The Japanese love their bento boxes. They make all kinds of adorable things for their kids to eat.

  • LO eats almost everything we give him, and we try to expose him to a good variety. He doesn't like totally plain veggies that much (but then again neither do I), so we serve veggies ways we know he likes them--in red sauce, sautéed with a little bit of olive oil, from a stew in the crockpot where they have been soaking up flavor all day long, etc.
  • A is a pretty good eater...hence her 27 lb weigh in at her last 15 mo appointment.  ;)

only thing that I've seen her not like was chicken mozz meatballs I tried to make once. DH and I thought they were yummy but she didn't really care for them. She loves fruits and veggies especially broccoli.
