stomach ache won't go away...

Okay, I'm paranoid because my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and today I am 7w4d pregnant and 2 days ago I had an ultrasound and heard the baby's heartbeat and everything was good! But now, ever since yesterday morning at about 5am, my stomach has been hurting. The pain kind of moves around... middle, lower, then sides. It's been hurting for about 30 hours now. Its not a super bad pain but just a dull, always there, annoying pain. And then another thing, I went pee and wiped and there was light pink on the toilet paper just now. I keep checking myself and all I'm having is clear vaginal discharge so I'm not sure what that was all about. Someone help /:

    Forgot to mention, I'm also having period like cramps in my legs. Wth?

    I believe ultrasounds can cause light spotting and cramping, but if you're concerned you should call your doctor.  Very sorry for your loss.  Try and stay positive, all being good 2 days ago is a very good sign!

    Hey Brandi, I have had lots of cramping throughout my previous pregnancies, I consider it normal as long as it's not sharp pains, there's a lot of growing going on in there. The spotting can be due to the u/s, sex or even just the increased blood volume within your body. If it continues it is very bothersome then I would definitely check with your OB. HTH!

    It could just be gas, and the ultrasound if vaginal could be causing the spotting. Sending positive thoughts!
