Quick Update on the DH Situation

Well ladies, I really appreciate all of your fantastic advice and support.  DH and I have had the most difficult month of our entire lives.  The pregnancy, the blood results and US's of a nonviable pregnancy, and the D&C nearly did us in.  We have gone through hours of talking everything through and crying together (more like sobbing).  Even after everything we have been through we are on the path to healing finally.  

We have had a lot of really good discussions and were able to get everything out on the table.  We threw the possibility of splitting up off the table and both agreed that we were going to do whatever it takes to make this work.  I haven't felt this happy in a long time.  It was so refreshing to come home today and be able to hug and kiss my DH and laugh and goof off like we normally do.  We have a fun little activity planned this weekend!  (thank you for the suggestion)  :)

As far as ttc goes, we have decided to just go with the flow.  We're not going to try and if it happens on it's own then fantastic.  I'm done temping, I'm done with opk's, and I'm finished seeing the RE.  In all honesty, I have grown to hate that place.  Every time I had to walk in there I felt anxiety and anger over everything.  We're going to let God have control and focus on our marriage and loving on one another right now. 

I hope you don't mind me hanging around on this board because you have all gotten me through this and I want to continue to be apart of all of your lives.  Lots of HUGS and love to all of you!

    I'm glad you could update us with good news!  Focusing on your marriage before starting a family will give you a better foundation to stand on.  Have fun this weekend!

    You sound like you've found a much better place! I'm happy for you and your husband for coming together over this. That is certainly a sign of strength in both of you. I hope you do stick around. It sounds like you've found some good support here, and I know you've also been a good source of support for others.

    July/August 2014 - Testing complete: Testosterone & AMH very high, FSH slightly high, Vitamin D low, tubes and lining all lovely. DH SA: A+

    Cycle 1 (Nov 2014): 2.5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI = BFN

    Cycle 2 (Dec 2014): 5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    Cycle 3 (Jan 2015): 5mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    WTF consult scheduled for 1/29

    8/2013 - PCOS/anovulation diagnosis
    8/2013 - Metformin + Clomid, no reaction (Not insulin resistant, but tried Metformin to see if it would make a difference.)
    9 & 10/2013 - Femara, no reaction
    12/2013 - Referred to RE
    8-9/2014 - Follistim + Ovidril + TI= BFN
    10/2014 - Follistim + Ovidril + TI=???

    I am glad things are turning around for you both. Getting back to normal probably feels really good and you both deserve it. It is horrible how something as simple as expanding a family can rip people apart. Stay strong! We are always here for you :)

    What a breakthrough!! Congrats :)
    See you around and I will pray for a natural surprise ;) have fun this weekend and enjoy the relief.
    TTC#1 since Aug 2013, I'm 37, DH 41.  
    Maya Arvigo Abdominal massage (daily self care), plus TTC meditations.
    I'm very sensitive to diet (gluten, avoid processed foods) and environment. Have a history of inflammation and tendinitis before going off gluten in 2009.  
    July 2014 - RE Visit #1: Eggs look good, Endometrioma on R ovary, HSG showed blocked R tube close to ovary. DH SA normal 
    DX: Endometriosis probably the IF cause and gunking up tubes.  Since egg reserve is high, RE says I can wait a couple months and then get laproscopic surgery to remove endo & clear tube.  If that doesn't help then move to IVF. 
    Dec 2014 - Saw new RE - does not recommend surgery on tube as it isn't likely to help.  Doubts I have endometriosis.  My endometrioma shrunk to neglible size (yay!) 
    Seriously considering IVF in March/April
    12/17/14 - Natural BFP!

    So glad you and H are working things out. You don't need to deal with that on top of IF. When I took a break from OPKs, testing, procedures it was a huge relief and did wonders for my marriage not to mention my sanity. You guys are so young, maybe you will eventually get a pleasant surprise, if not who knows what the future holds. I hope you stick around too :)

    How wonderful that you're both on the same page regarding what you want from your relationship. That's pretty giant! Congratulations!

    TTC since Dec, 2012. Me: 33; DH: 34

    - Ultrasound to look at "lay of the land": normal
    - Blood work: normal
    - OPKs and ultrasound to confirm ovulation: Yes
    - SA for DH: Normal (a couple numbers on the low side of normal)
    - HSG: Normal
    - Doing several cycles of Letrozole, TI and progesterone
        - Aug cycle of Letrozole, TI and progesterone came back with a BFP-MC at 7 weeks.
    - Benched until Jan
    - Starting Letrozole, TI, Progesteron and HCG Trigger in Feb cycle

    Thanks for the update.  I'm so glad you and YH are in such a good place now.  Emotional well-being has to come first.  And I do hope you'll stick around!

    First RE visit due to irregular periods: June 2014
    Lap/Hysto to remove polyps, cyst and tube blockage 11/6
    Cycle 1 (Dec. 2014) TI with Clomid, Trigger, & Progesterone CX due to no response
    Impatiently Waiting CD1 to try again with Fermara Back on the bench due to giant cyst,
    who know I'd ovulate on my own after a cancelled cycle and end up with a mega cyst :(

    Me: 23 Low AMH and damaged ovaries due to chemotherapy.
    No AF or O in 3 years. HSG showed a slight T shaped uterus.

    High Risk OB 9/29- got the ok to get pregnant.
    RE Appt:  10/28/ U/S showed follicles, but also small damaged ovaries.
    B/W results CD0: all normal except low AMH at 1.3
    Cycle 1-November (TI)- Femera 2.5mg, 2mg Estradoil, and Trigger=BFN
    Cycle 2-December (TI)- Femera 2.5 mg ,4mg Estradoil, and Trigger= No O
    Cycle 3-January (TI)- Femera 5 mg, 2mg Estra    doil, and Trigger=
