Going to the doctor today (Update)..Looks like this is goodbye

Ladies, can I ask for positive thoughts today? I've been having cramping and spotting going on for about 2 weeks. I called the OB today and finally got in for an ultrasound and to see an OB at 1:00. I'm really nervous to see what is going on, but I just want to know why i am spotting. Hopefully, this will give me a little piece of mind. I will update oncE I know anything. Thanks!

Well ladies, it looks like it's not good news. I had a transvaginal ultrasound, which showed the start of a sac and some tissue, but no fetal pole or heart beat. They also checked my beta level, which was 21,000. I saw the on call OB who said this pregnancy is most likely a molar pregnancy. I go back in on Tuesday to have my HCG checked and see my OB again. He said its a good possibility that I may need a d&c. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
