What does the baby really look like?

Okay so according to this app I am 6weeks today, still nervous as I'm not in the safe zone yet but what I want to know is the picture it shows? Is that what my baby looks like now? Or at the beginning of week 7? I'm a little confused because I just want to know what my little pea looks like, any help please? X

I use the Sprout pregnancy app and it shows you a cool 3d image of what your baby looks like each week. It also lets you track all sorts of information (appointments, symptoms, weight, etc).
