  I've got this one too. Make sure the tubes are attached all the way to the base of the white disc
  
  Make sure that disc is screwed in all the way. (So it doesn't turn anymore)
  
  Double check that the tubes on the opposite side (bottle side) are pushed all the way in as well.
  
  Make sure your boobs are smushed in there.
  
  The only other time I couldn't get a good suction one of the white filter thingies on the bottom of the pump was missing.
  
  
  I hope that made sense... I haven't really slept.

  Maybe it's the boob smushing part I need to do. After all that, is the pump working well for you, @read247?

  Yeah, if I can't get a suction it's usually one of those things. I like it better than my medela. When you mess with it don't forget to turn the suction back down before you pump the next time. (Ouch!)
  
  I love that the double pump cuts your pumping time in half but I hate that it takes both hands and I'm forced to just sit there.
