Baby stuff

I don't know if this question has been asked before but was wondering where the best place (aka cheapest) is to buy bottles? I just feel like they're really expensive lol probably my extremely stingy and frugal side talking there but ...

Re: Baby stuff

  • if you have a buy buy baby near you...they always have $5 and 20% off coupons

  • FWIW: I wouldn't go buy a bunch of bottles until you see what your LO likes. Some babies are picky. And like you said, they are expensive! I have no real advise as to where to buy them. Ours were all hand me downs and DS liked them. Hopefully DD does too!

I just keep my eyes out for clearance at Target or BBB for glass bottles (my preference) and then buy them then. In terms of buying them right away, amazon seems to be the cheapest for many. You can buy Gerber bottles for a buck a piece, most babies that I know have used them with no issues. They are also very simple, nipple and bottle.

If you have a Burlington or Marshalls in your area, they're really cheap but all still good brands.
Baby Depot in Burlington stores has good prices on bottles.  There are always 15% coupons in Parents magazine too.

  • Target has great sales (they had a 20% off baby stuff one a couple weeks ago) and if you sign up for the debit card (linked to your checking) you save another 5% each time.

  • If you get really desperate I'm pretty sure you could always jury rig a bottle out of a ketchup bottle. But seriously, the internet has some cheaper ones if you look and wait. Just don't buy in bulk until you know for sure your baby will like that kind.
