  Frontline and the vet gave us an oral med today called comfortis

  The blue dawn dish soap will kill the fleas living on the dog. You will need to vaccum your carpets every 2 days for at least 2 weeks to kill the flea cycle.

  Frontline is the best. We had flea infestation when we adopted our puppy a month before we realized we were preggers. Yes to carpet cleaning, but I was told to vacuum 1x a day. We also have dog a bath 3x first week, and 1x the second week. It's mostly a wait it out. Any removable rug, clothing, bedding, etc, wash!!!
