Best way to clean graco blossom highchair cover.

I know this is a strange question, but I have a graco blossom highchair and love it. The only thing is I feel like it never gets clean. I clean it after every use but the seat still looks dirty. Any suggestions, the instructions say to clean with a damp cloth, and that is not working well at all.
