Hi! New here, but I've been lurking for a few weeks. I'm a FT(bio)M (current step-momma) and dealing with Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain. It's been manageable the past few days, but at my last Dr appointment, she recommended PT if things get worse. Blah! I'd like to avoid PT if at all possible, but really I'd like to be able to be much more active and not feel so dang miserable just standing. I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this or is dealing with this and what you've done to manage. I currently walk regularly (as well as other activities) and do prenatal yoga on occasion. Sometimes the yoga helps and other times it makes it worse

Anyway... any suggestions/advice appreciated!

With DS I could hardly walk and by 30 weeks finally saw one for the first time. Life changing.
I've been going more regularly this time around. And am waiting for my appt Wednesday,desperately.
It's heaven.
And I will certainly check with my doctor about a warm bath/hydrotherapy.
I've not heard of a rice/corn bag @ksilmom11 is there a good DYI or Amazon link I should be aware of?
