Hey lady's!

The thread about favorite movies made me think to start one for favorite TV shows. I'm an unabashed Netflix binger and am always looking for the next series to get me hooked. Help a girl out?

Favorites of mine are Breaking Bad and Mad Men for dramas, and Gossip Girl for mindless soapy fun. I'd like to start a new series, but can't decide between Vampire Diaries and Revenge. Both pique my interest...anyone want to swing me one way or the other? Or suggest something else entirely? Plzkthx!

I like Chuck on Netflix. Good mix of comedy and procedural. I'm also binge watching The Mentalist.

Shows that I watch that are currently airing: The Affair (a drama on Showtime), Sleepy Hollow (FOX), and Gracepoint (American remake of Broadchurch, also FOX).

I hate Vampire Diaries after season 1. My all-time favorite series is Veronica Mars.

Another recommendation for house of cards. Orange is the new black is also a good one, but if choosing one of the two my vote is house of cards. Each episode feels like the season finale it is so good and I don't generally like political shows.

Arrested Development is the perfect show to binge watch on Netflix since the jokes run in threads throughout the entire series and you can really get it better if you watch large chunks at a time.

Ditto other recs for House of Cards and OITNB.

Law and Order SVU is great because there's just so many damn seasons, so plenty of entertainment. Alias for the same reason (also because who doesn't like spy dramz? Or hot ass Michael Vartan?).

If you want to go old school, I think Saved By The Bell is on Netflix.

Once upon a time is one of my favorites. That and Grounded For life is a good oldie that makes you laugh your ass off.

I watch both Reign and Vampire Diaries and I'm still interested but some days I wonder why I watch this crap.

American Horror Story is probably my favorite show right now. DH isn't a big fan of clowns, so he isn't as into this season, lol.

I watched the first episode of AHS's first season, and that was enough for me! I'm such a scaredy-cat. Couldn't handle the ghost/haunted house aspect. But part of me thinks maybe I'd like the new Freakshow season... It looks interesting - and no ghosts!

Season one was probably my favorite, but I love scary movies! I am liking Freakshow a lot though.

Oh, me too! And I do have HBO so just patiently waiting for the new GoT season to start. I do think I have some catching up to do on Boardwalk Empire, so heyyyyyy HBO Go!
