you want to go with whatever is easiest to find in terms if parts and side items so you can go to the store and get something instead of waiting and shopping online exclusively. that being said I don't know anything about the other pump. I have the Medela PIS advanced tote based purely on other ppls recommendations (ftm)
Medela pump in style seems to be offered through most insurance. I'm getting mine for free. That's a $200 savings! Try giving ur insurance a call! Mine was covered 100% through Cigna insurance. Definitely worth checking because of Obamacare. Plus replacement parts are purchase able at babies r us n target. I used an old Medela pump before n it worked fine. Excited to try this one.
I don't know about any other pumps, because I always have used a Madela, but my Madela pieces (tubing, all that junk) was always compatible with the giant closed system hospital pump in the NICUs I've been at.
