Birthday Gift Idea from LO

Next week is my cousins birthday- who babysits LO 2 days a week for us and is her Godmother. My cousin will be 23 and I want to do a special gift from Brooke. I would like it to be centered around her being the Godmother and for it to be DIY. Any suggestions? I tried Pinterest but didn't see too much that didn't say Mom and Dad.
