  This doesn't answer your question, but I made myself some "eggnog" flavored pudding last night by making regular vanilla pudding and adding cloves, nutmeg, and rum extract. It was great!

  I've been craving egg nog.

  I would think any eggnog is pregnancy safe as long as it is pasteurized and doesn't contain raw eggs.

  The only egg nog I ever drink is my aunt-in-law's recipe. I'm pretty sure it has more than one raw egg and it definitely has a lot of booze. Sadly, I will have to wait until next year

  Store bought should be fine as long as it says it is pasteurized.
