hCG levels, fetal pole?

I?m 6 wks today and my hCG levels have been rising very slowly (last draw went from 1080 to 1123 over 48 hrs). I had an u/s on Friday to check for an eptopic pg, but things looked good (saw both gestational sac and yolk sac) which is what they expect to see at this stage. However, my progesterone levels have dropped from 17 to 10. I have an u/s scheduled for Thursday which they moved up a day given my hCG and progesterone levels. I believe that we NEED to see a fetal pole on Thursday but of course now I?m freaking out. Has anyone had low or slow rising hCG levels and had a healthy pg? Does anyone know what the latest date you can see a fetal pole and still have a healthy pg is? Thanks girls ? I wish I could literally reach out and hug you because I need one now, but work isn?t the place.

Good luck. I remember my doc telling me that as long as the HCG level were rising and not falling, it was OK, sometimes they can take up to 72 hours or more to double. Yours are really high, which is good. My progesterone dropped from 42 to 27 in a couple of days. It can fluctuate day to day. Have them check it again, and if it's still under 15, ask the doc for progesterone suppositories (many docs don't believe they make a difference, there are different studies that show different results). I would take suppositories for peace of mind.

No worries if you don't see one, but I got to see a fetal pole at 6 weeks 2 days, and a HB (plus tiny baby) at 8 weeks 2 days )
