Yep. I work 12 hour shifts, and mine are water balloons by the time I get home. Big water drinker here, too. You can try compression socks from the drug store, that helps keep it down. And elevate your feet during the day, even putting them up a little, like on a foot stool can decrease how swollen they get :-)
Drink more water and elevate your feet whenever you can. I sleep with a pillow under my feet at night when they get really bad. My doctor is not upset about it at all so long as my blood pressure doesn't start going up.
Yup, for months now. The only thing that helped mine was compression stockings. I wear them to work all week and usually take a break from them on the weekends. I'd show you before and after pics but really who wants to see feet?
So instead I'll post a pic of the childishly hilarious way the stockings look to me when I get prepared to put them on.
