Hello!

This is baby #2 for me... my son is almost 2 years old. Looking forward to a drama free pregnancy and delivery. I had preeclampsia developing at 33 weeks. Induced at 36 weeks, pushed for 3 hours, then had an ecclamptic seizure and an emergency c section. My son had a hypoxic event either just before or right after birth and had several seizures. He does have mild cerebral palsy as a result but basically kicks more ass than anyone I know.

I live in Kansas City and am 11 weeks 5 days!

    Welcome. I'm so glad your son is ok. Welcome to the board.

    We just had a high risk thread yesterday and there are several of us who had preeclampsia or hypertension. FX for a smooth pg and delivery this time.
