I placed an order with Etsy shop for ruby's first birthday outfit and I wanted to change my selection how hard is it to get a shop to respond to you? they already took the money out of my account and I have sent three messages with no response .

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

    That's annoying!! Most shops I work with are really quick to respond. Does this shop have good reviews?

    Ok so it was three days total from first message until tonight when she finally got back to me. She cancelled the part I wanted to and thanked me for ordering.

    I've had issues with etsy responding to my questions as well. I was going to order Leila's bday outfit on there also but two diff places never responded to my simple questions so I bought one locally instead...
