I have been EP this whole time, if I were to quit my motn pumping session would my body eventually not produce as much milk in around that time or will I constantly wake up engorged? Will this effect my supply during the day?
I EBF and we're down to one MOTN feeding now. The first few nights that the other feeding was dropped, I did wake up engorged and leaking but then it adjusted.
Same. DD has been up the past two weeks for a MOTN feed and then she's slept through the past two nights. I wake up incredibly engorged and can't go back to sleep so I end up pumping. My only justification is that I pump 8 oz from one side so I don't feel pressure at work to pump x amount because I already have 8 oz from the morning.
Up until two weeks ago, my body had adjusted so when DD slept through the night, so did my boobs.

I EP, and same thing that PPs said - you'll be engorged for a few days, but your body will adjust. When I wake up, I'm ready to pump, but not leaking anywhere.
I stopped my motn pump session and I feel like it affected my supply. Shortly thereafter lo started eating in the motn when he had been sttn.
