  • Just drink tons of water, @diapersnwipes‌ Good luck!
    Thank you, @sing4mysavior‌
  • Ugh!  I am trying to get back on the wagon, yet again.  I have been off track for 2 of the last 3 weeks!
I did not weigh in today, so I do not know the damage.
  • I'm one pound away from my birthday goal weight. I splurged a little on Saturday, but kept within my limits Friday and Sunday.
This is a pic DH took on Saturday. I wasn't posing or ready for a pic, and I'm pleasantly surprised at how thin I look (compared to what I was). Progress is progress, right?
Edit: I'm down almost 16 pounds and around 5% body fat since I started tracking in June.
    Wow!!  You look awesome!
  • I was doing really well not logging, then just sort of let loose. I'm only up 1 pound, but I'm going to start logging again to get some control. I'm starting again today, but should've waited just one more day. C had to get blood drawn, so I treated her to a Happy Meal and just HAD to get something too. I'm afraid of my calorie count today. ;)

I don't normally participate here but I want to AW. I am 8 lbs away from my final goal weight.

    Fantastic! AW away!
  • I am so bloated.

I'm wearing shorts that were almost too big on me yesterday. and today they are tight-ish.

    I hate my body sometimes.

  • I stopped counting cals recently and started just focusing on mindful eating since we joined a co-op.  We're trying to eat more organic fruits and veggies and fewer processed foods.  I really should weight myself Friday :-/
We're TTC so my goal is to eat very well for a potential pregnancy.  I stay pretty active, so the plan is to stay active while pregnant too.  I read that staying active helps the baby cope better with outside stresses later in life.

    Well then.

What about all those ladies that end up on bed rest? I guess their babies are screwed for life? Give me a break.

And where did you read that? I was basically bedridden for my entire pregnancy with DD. So thanks.
Someone at her church probably gave her some literature.
