I'm one pound away from my birthday goal weight. I splurged a little on Saturday, but kept within my limits Friday and Sunday.
This is a pic DH took on Saturday. I wasn't posing or ready for a pic, and I'm pleasantly surprised at how thin I look (compared to what I was). Progress is progress, right?
Edit: I'm down almost 16 pounds and around 5% body fat since I started tracking in June.
@diapersnwipes . Lots of water & still workout, if your cramps aren't too bad. I usually don't on day 2 & make myself day 3, it helps with super bad cramping.
I'm doing well. Working out everyday. Rest day has been Saturday the past 2 weeks. Kind of splurged on my eating. I hate tracking. I stopped using spark people. But I need to so I can visually see what I'm eating, calorie wise, & not just guessing & hoping.

I'm trying to back on the wagon. I'm working on my meal plan this week since that is my big goal this month (log food into MFP). So I'll be working on that this week. No gain or loss this week. Blah...

I went down only a few ounces since the last time we checked in. I blame DS's the ghost cookie. He had to have it, he took one bite of it, and didn't want anymore. I ate the rest. : ( Otherwise, I am still doing well. I am starting to feel good about my body again. I went shopping today and splurged at Victoria Secret on new underwear and bras. I even tried on a few new brands of jeans (inspired by the mommy jean thread). In total, I am down about 20 lbs since DS was born. I am glad to be this close to pre kids weight, but it is sad because I had this weight off in just over a year with DD and it will take 3 years this time around.
I was doing really well not logging, then just sort of let loose. I'm only up 1 pound, but I'm going to start logging again to get some control. I'm starting again today, but should've waited just one more day. C had to get blood drawn, so I treated her to a Happy Meal and just HAD to get something too. I'm afraid of my calorie count today.
My back is finally feeling better, so I'm going to try to get back to the gym this week. We went to Disney yesterday, and I actually did pretty well food-wise, plus there was all the walking. I'm going to try to keep eating well this week because we're going to Food & Wine on Saturday, and I'm going to eat all the things.
I stopped counting cals recently and started just focusing on mindful eating since we joined a co-op. We're trying to eat more organic fruits and veggies and fewer processed foods. I really should weight myself Friday :-/ We're TTC so my goal is to eat very well for a potential pregnancy. I stay pretty active, so the plan is to stay active while pregnant too. I read that staying active helps the baby cope better with outside stresses later in life.

What about all those ladies that end up on bed rest? I guess their babies are screwed for life? Give me a break.

And where did you read that? I was basically bedridden for my entire pregnancy with DD. So thanks.
Someone at her church probably gave her some literature.

I'm wearing shorts that were almost too big on me yesterday. and today they are tight-ish.
I hate my body sometimes.
>:P
