Have you had any issues with milk getting in the tubing? This is probably the biggest thing that has me hesitant about getting the PISA over the Ameda.
No milk in the tubes yet, no mold build up only issues i have is water after washing the parts and i allow the pump to run a little longer to dry them out. I also have suction issues sometimes...
I had milk in the tubing once and I still have no idea how it happened only that I wasn't paying attention at all....it's an unexplained pumping mystery! Other than that, I've been really happy with it.
No issues here I am annoyed however that because I got mine free through insurance it did not come with the cooler, storage bottles and carryall bag like the others do. Totally a first world problem, but I like free everything.
I used a Medela in the hospital after DS wouldn't latch, and have an Ameda at home that I use at least 6+ times a day, and I must confess I liked the Medela better. It had a timer of two minutes of the initial letdown then slowed and you could trigger another letdown with a push of a button. When I started pumping with the Ameda, it was SO HARD to double pump and mess with the suction and speed dial, especially if you wanted to trigger more than one letdown. It's much easier with a hands free bra.
Now to the actual question you posed, I didn't get milk in the tubes with either pump. Sorry for the tangent
No milk in tubes here either. I do get condensation or water in the tubing at virtually every pump though. As @lookame3639 stated, At the end of each session, I remove the tubing and let the pump run for 2 min while I re-situate myself and put the milk/pump away.

this! no clue how it happened though, and it's never happened since!
